1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login information confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. Advertisements

Listings must be truthful, lawful and relevant to the selected category. You must have the right to offer the advertised item or service. Duplicate, misleading or fraudulent listings are not permitted.

3. Prohibited content

Political campaigning and political advertising, sexual or pornographic content, and religious promotion or religiously focused advertising are not permitted. Illegal goods and services, scams, hate content, threats and content that violates third-party rights are also prohibited.

4. Moderation

Jibdora Local may review, reject, deactivate or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law or platform safety rules. Automated checks may be used together with manual moderation.

5. Transactions

Jibdora Local is a marketplace platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, contracts, payments, delivery and the condition of goods are matters between the users involved in a transaction.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

7. Changes
